I started out low as I was uncertain how I would respond. Took 12 drops the first time. Had a very restless night, waking about 5 times and feeling anxious. 2nd time I only took 6 drops and did not see any positive results. Not sure what to do
Works very well. Allows for blocks of restful sleep-highly recommend.
I had been taking Ambien to help sleep, wanted to get off of it and tried the Sleep CBN 1800. Expectations were low but results have been excellent. Been 3 weeks since I started taking it. No Ambien & sleeping great. Highly recommend this product.
Have used for a year or 2, I always take apx a 1/2 hour to an hour before bedtime and it definitely does the trick!!
