I started using another Flower Child product (CBD/CBG blend) when going through Chemo at the suggestion of my naturopath. That product helped me quite a bit on my journey, but now that I am in remission I wanted something specific to sleep. I tried the straight CBD and while it was good, I still felt my sleep could be better and I wanted to feel rested and alert upon waking. I even tried other manufacturers CBD. That really didn't work. I came back to Flower Child and saw the product labeled Sleep CBD PM 700. I was intrigued. It had the CBD as well as the other ingredients and I thought I would ordered a bottle as a test. From the very first week of using it my sleep improved. I track my sleep with my smart watch as well as my Sleep Number bed and the numbers do not lie. My heart rate and breathe rate are better and I sleep deeper and more restful. If by chance I do not get the full 8 hours I still feel good. I am using 1 ml dropper full and that seems to work for me. I now keep at least 3 months on hand and reordered when I get down to 1 bottle. If you are thinking about it, give it a try and see if it helps you.
