I tried the CBD for better sleep. I seem to have a hard time going to sleep, then I wake up every two hours to roll over or whatever. The CBD has been tremendous! I fall asleep easily and I only wake up once during the night. I will keep this on hand at all times!
I prefer a stronger tincture of cbd but this was a good price just do twice a day
